The adjustable base is designed solely for in-home use. This base was not designed as a hospital bed and is not designed to meet hospital standards. Do not use the base with tent type oxygen therapy equipment or near explosive gases.

• Q-Series Adjustable Base Height options include Zero-Clearance, 3”, 6”, 9”, or 12”. For maximum stability, use the legs included.
• Zero Clearance feature allows you to pair the adjustable base on top of a platform/storage bedframe.  This can be done by placing the adjustable base on top of a suitable flat or solid surface within the platform/storage bed.  Platform/storage bed needs to be capable of supporting the weight of the adjustable base, mattresses, and users. To avoid damage or injury, consumers must check with the furniture manufacturer of the bed to confirm if the furniture can support the weight of a zero clearance adjustable base configuration (Queen: 80 lbs; Solid King 120 lbs; Split King 160 lbs; Split Cal-King 152 lbs), weight of mattress, and user weight.
